Clinical advice and an appropriate management plan
A private prescription, where clinically appropriate
A short work fit note, where appropriate
A private referral letter
Advice about when an in-person examination or further assessment may be needed

Remote Physiotherapy Consultation

up to 20 minutes | £30

A video consultation with a qualified physiotherapist, suitable for either a new assessment or a follow-up review.

Your physiotherapist will:

Discuss your symptoms and how they affect you
Assess your movement where possible by video
Provide personalised advice
Recommend appropriate exercises or self-management measures
Explain whether an in-person assessment or further medical review may be needed

Please book the appointment in the patient’s name.

Before Your Appointment

Please:

Join from a quiet, private and well-lit location
Use a device with a working camera, microphone and reliable internet connection
Have details of your current medication available
Be ready to confirm the patient’s name, date of birth and address
Wear suitable clothing if you are attending a physiotherapy consultation and may need to demonstrate movement

Important Information

Remote consultations have limitations and are not suitable for every health concern. The clinician may advise that you need an in-person examination, your NHS GP, an urgent treatment centre or another appropriate service.

Private prescriptions, fit notes and referral letters are provided only where clinically appropriate. Controlled drugs are not prescribed through this service.
